There is a lot of planning that goes into creating a basketball season.  Although extenuating circumstances occur and plans change, these changes affect other families and our planning.  Therefore, we ask that refunds request be submitted as early as possible.  The following items outline our refund policy:

  • All refunds must be requested in writing along with supporting documentation if for medical reasons.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-medical cancellations within 7 days of the registered event start date.  For regular season, the first practice date is the official start date.
  • Children who leave during the season due to injury or illness will receive a prorated refund, assuming doctor's verification is provided
  • A $10 fee will be withheld on any refund in order to cover all processing fees.
  • NBA shall not be liable or responsible for refunds for unforeseen events outside the reasonable control of NBA which may result in failure, cancellation, suspension, postponement, delay, or shortening of our programs or basketball related activities resulting from a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event may include, but not limited to: “acts of God”, gym closures, labor disputes, equipment failure, war, terrorism, riot, acts of civil or military authorities, diseases, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, floods, fires, severe weather conditions, accidents, governmental acts or regulations, or other contingencies the non- occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the registration was made.

To request a refund, please contact your Grade Level coordinator and/or coach who will then forward your request to the Board of Directors for approval.
